Cancellation & Refund Policy
Nonrefundable Policy:
The CVA program registration fee is considered nonrefundable once the applicant’s candidature has been approved by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
Candidature Approval:
Once the applicant’s candidature has been approved by NACVA, the registration fee becomes nonrefundable.
Non-Approval by NACVA:
In the event that the candidate’s candidature is not approved by NACVA, Academy of Certified Valuators & Analysts (ACVA) will promptly notify the candidate through official correspondence authorized by NACVA.
Refund Process:
If the candidature is not approved, the registration amount will be refunded by ACVA.
The refund process will be initiated promptly, and the candidate can expect the refund within 18-21 working days.
Official Correspondence:
ACVA will communicate the non-approval of candidature through official correspondence, ensuring transparency and clarity in the communication process.
Refund Timeframe:
The candidate can anticipate the refund to be processed and credited within 18-21 working days from the date of notification of non-approval by NACVA.

Policy Agreement:
