Our Board Members
Bala Bhaskaran
Bala Bhaskaran possesses 45-plus years of experience in professional studies. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and subsequently, he pursued his Master’s degree from the renowned Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.
Pratik Shah
Pratik has over a decade of experience in valuation and transaction advisory services, with expertise in valuing technology companies. In 2012, Pratik co-founded Knowcraft Analytics and has now scaled it to a team of 60+ valuation professionals. At Knowcraft, Pratik leads sales execution and business development.
Upasak Shah
Upasak has over a decade of professional work experience, with expertise in valuing life science and healthcare IT companies. In 2012, Upasak co-founded Knowcraft Analytics. He has overseen 3,000+ varied and complex valuation engagements acting as an extended arm of leading US-based valuation firms.
