Payment & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through www.acvaindia.com (Academy of Certified Valuators and Analysts – ACVA India).

Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of enrolment, unless an instalment plan has been agreed to in writing.
  • Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of your confirmed enrolment applies.

No Refunds

All fees paid are final and non-refundable, including in cases of:

  • Change of mind or personal withdrawal
  • Missed classes or exams
  • Dissatisfaction with the programme
  • Failing to meet eligibility criteria after payment
  • Rescheduled or postponed batches/exams

No partial refunds or credits are given for unused sessions or materials.

No Transfers

Fees cannot be transferred to another person, batch, or programme.

If ACVA Cancels a Batch

If ACVA cancels a programme before it starts, candidates will be moved to a future batch or given credit toward another offering — not a cash refund.

Disputes

Please contact us directly with any payment issue before raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider.
