Bala Bhaskaran possesses 45 plus years of experience in professional studies. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and subsequently, he pursued his Master’s degree from the renowned Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore.
For over 15 years, Bhaskaran has held the esteemed position of Director at ICFAI Business School, showcasing his dedication to shaping the future of aspiring students and professionals. Throughout his tenure of over 8 years at Shanti Business School, Swarnin University, and Indus University, his visionary leadership has made an enduring and profound impact on the academic landscape, leaving an indelible mark that continues to inspire.
With a profound understanding of curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, and a forward-thinking approach, his contributions ensure that the academic programs at ACVA are not only relevant but also aligned with industry trends and global standards.

Upasak has over a decade of professional work experience, with expertise in valuing life science and healthcare IT companies. In 2012, Upasak co-founded Knowcraft Analytics. He has overseen 3,000+ varied and complex valuation engagements acting as an extended arm of leading US-based valuation firms. In addition to business development and project execution, he is actively involved in training and nurturing talent.
Prior to co-founding Knowcraft, Upasak worked at EXL, where he started transaction advisory and complex security valuation services. Upasak is an MS (Finance) and CFA from the ICFAI University, India. He holds a Master’s in Commerce from Gujarat University. Currently, he is pursuing ASA accreditation from American Society of Appraisers and CVA accreditation from NACVA.

Pratik has over a decade of experience in valuation and transaction advisory services, with expertise in valuing technology companies. In 2012, Pratik co-founded Knowcraft Analytics and has now scaled it to a team of 60+ valuation professionals. At Knowcraft, Pratik leads sales execution and business development. He mentors teams on project execution and manages portfolio valuations. Prior to co-founding Knowcraft, Pratik had stints at reputed companies, such as EXL, IQR Consulting and MindTree. Pratik is an MS (Finance) and CFA from the ICFAI University, India. He holds a Master’s in Commerce from Gujarat University. Currently, he is pursuing CVA accreditation from NACVA.

The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) is a group of business professionals that provide valuation and litigation services for various types of business transactions. National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts members receive training, education, and certification in asset valuation disciplines that they put to use in their respective professions. The organization also enforces standards of ethical conduct among its members.

The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. NACVA members work in careers that provide valuation and litigation services, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and bankruptcy. The NACVA also provides accreditations of Certified Valuation Analysts (CVA), Accredited Valuation Analysts (AVA), Certified Forensic Financial Analysts (CFFA) and Certified Fraud Deterrence Analysts (CFD).
